Explo is a fast growing, venture-backed startup founded in 2019 by Gary, Andrew, and Rohan. We are grateful to extremely well funded by amazing investors who believe in our big vision for the company.

We are a remote-friendly company with offices in San Francisco and New York. We hang out and learn about each other every day, we do weekly “show & tells” where team members share about their lives, we play every online zoom game we can find, and we meet up every 2-3 months in co-locations so that we can spend valuable in-person time connecting (so far we’ve gone to: San Francisco, Seattle, New York, Park City, and Las Vegas!).

Growth Marketing Lead

We’re hiring a Growth Marketing Lead. As our first marketing hire, you will be responsible for leading the strategic direction and implementation of our growth marketing channels, while helping to create a solid foundation as we grow our marketing team. This role will require you to think outside of the box for innovative demand generation ideas.

You will work closely with the CEO and be in charge of executing growth marketing initiatives with the support of our team as well as agencies and advisors. We believe this role will be crucial to the growth of our company through 2023 and beyond.

What you will do:
  • Own all existing demand generation channels, for both paid (Google Ads to LinkedIn Ads) and organic (blogs to case studies).
  • Identify growth hack opportunities and execute on them with the team.
  • Identify new potential channels for Explo to invest in and find ways to quickly test the value of these channels.
  • Set and track aggressive KPIs to track success against
  • Generate high-quality marketing content to amplify Explo’s mission and product, including our landing page, blogs, webinars, videos, socials, etc.
  • Build and manage relationships with external partners (marketing agencies, contract designers, etc.) to deliver on marketing activities for content and paid acquisition.
What are you looking for?
  • 2 - 5 years of marketing experience, with at least 2+ years in a growth marketing capacity at a high growth startup or top tech company.
  • Someone who hustles, is scrappy, and creative. We want you to think of the non-obvious solutions and find ways to test these hypotheses quickly and efficiently.
  • Someone who is a self starter and can operate independently.
  • Comfort with “Failing Fast” and iterating to find which channels work best for our company and product.
  • Experience marketing B2B software products and domain experience in the analytics / data / BI space is a plus.
  • Ability to understand technical concepts and communicate with product and engineering teams.
  • Experience with most of the tools listed earlier.

Head of Marketing

We’re hiring a Head of Marketing. As our first marketing hire, you will be responsible for leading the strategic direction and implementation of all marketing activity, while creating a solid foundation as we grow our marketing team.

You will be in charge of executing marketing initiatives with the support of our team and also agencies and third parties. We believe this role will be crucial to the growth of our company through 2022 and beyond.

What you will do:
  • Work with our sales and product teams to define the marketing vision, strategy, and priorities
  • Define, prioritize, and execute marketing outcomes, such as user journey and experience, product positioning, website development, new product launch plan, blog, sales enablement materials, community development, and paid acquisition
  • Build and manage relationships with external partners (marketing agencies, designers, etc.) to deliver on marketing activities for content and paid acquisition
  • Plan the growth of the marketing team and recruit and manage highly talented individuals as we scale

Account Executive

Explo is quickly scaling and we’re looking for talented sales professionals who are excited about joining a high-growth startup. As an Account Executive, you will have a huge impact on our business and will be leading the sales process while developing partnerships with our customers.

This is an excellent opportunity to be a founding member of our sales organization and have a great deal of ownership over the sales process and development as our team grows. The opportunity here is big, we’re aiming for double digit monthly growth.

What you will do:
  • Own the end-to-end sales process from qualifying leads to negotiating and closing business.

Product Manager

Explo is currently hiring for our Founding Product Manager to join our team! This is an opportunity to be the first PM at a Series-A startup and be a pivotal member of the team. You will be responsible for implementing processes and systems that will turn our product organization into a well-oiled machine.
