• End-to-end product design: user research, ideation, prototyping, high fidelity mocking, and hand-off / iteration.
• Gathering input from and collaborate with all functions in the organization to ensure we are building the right products, from PMs to engineers to sales to customer success.
• Establishing design culture and best practices from the ground up.
• Talking with users during all phases of the product development life cycle - from early user research in the ideation phase to feedback conversations after projects have been launched.
• Iteratively improving our product’s usability and delightfulness.
• Shipping valuable and high-quality work without sacrificing speed.

• 3+ years experience as a product designer
• Interest or experience in design data-heavy interfaces and no-code experiences
• Experience collaborating closely with product and engineering
• A deep understanding of the end-to-end iterative design process
• Proficiency with Figma, Notion

Explo is quickly scaling and we’re looking for talented sales professionals who are excited about joining a high-growth startup. As an Account Executive, you will have a huge impact on our business and will be leading the sales process while developing partnerships with our customers.

This is an excellent opportunity to be a founding member of our sales organization and have a great deal of ownership over the sales process and development as our team grows. The opportunity here is big, we’re aiming for double digit monthly growth.

• Own the end-to-end sales process from qualifying leads to negotiating and closing business.
• Be a trusted advisor to our customers, championing the benefit of adopting Explo.

• 1+ years of full cycle sales experience within the SaaS space.

We are hiring our next software engineer to join the team! We’re looking for talented Frontend Engineers who can improve on and create amazing interfaces for our customers. You will own large parts of the product architecture, speak directly with customers, work with design to define the product, and help the business meet its goals. As a member of our founding team, you will be expected to help drive decisions outside of engineering as well. From defining our product roadmap, to contributing to our go-to-market strategy, Explo is a great opportunity for you to learn what it takes to turn a product into a business.

• You will primarily spend your time improving existing products and creating new ones, providing a great deal of value for our customers.

Explo is currently hiring for our Founding Product Manager to join our team! This is an opportunity to be the first PM at a Series-A startup and be a pivotal member of the team. You will be responsible for implementing processes and systems that will turn our product organization into a well-oiled machine. This is an opportunity to have a great deal of ownership on a product that is highly impactful for our customers with a huge amount of growth!

• Establish and manage Explo’s product development process
• Establish processes across the team for product roadmapping, OKRs, and goal-setting
• Manage and delivery products that require collaborating across the entire business - from sales to strategy to product
• Identify market opportunities to expand value to existing customers and launch new product lines within Explo’s suite of offerings
